Solution Owner / Product Owner:
We are looking for a Solution Owner / Product Owner with 810 years of experience to drive end-to-end ownership of products/solutions. The role involves defining vision, planning, tracking execution, and ensuring successful production releases with clear timelines, quality, and business alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete product/solution lifecycle from planning to production and enhancements.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans aligned with business goals.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog, ensuring clarity for development teams.
- Plan and track execution across multiple solutions with clear milestones and timelines.
- Drive timely and high-quality production releases, including risk mitigation and dependency management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, DevOps, Business).
- Act as the single point of accountability for delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor progress using KPIs, provide regular status updates, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure alignment with architecture, scalability, and operational readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback, metrics, and retrospectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 810 years of experience in Product Owner / Solution Owner / Delivery roles.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and product lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to deliver complex solutions to production on time.
- Excellent planning, tracking, and execution skills across multiple workstreams.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Good understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and release management.
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and ambiguity effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with focus on outcomes and performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP / Scrum Master / Product Owner certification.
- Experience in enterprise or multi-solution environments.
- Exposure to global/distributed teams. .
