About the Role

We are looking for talented and energetic engineers to join our Sales & Marketing team and become specialists in IIoT and digital transformation solution sales for IIoTNext. In this role, you will drive sales and business development activities for Consysts IIoTNext platform products and solutions, helping industries and infrastructure businesses connect, monitor, and optimize their operations.
The Opportunity
You will be at the front line of our IIoTNext growth story. Working closely with our pre-sales and marketing teams, you will generate new leads, reach out to prospects through cold calls and digital channels, and respond to customer enquiries and RFQs. Youll have the exciting opportunity to conduct product demos and presentations both virtual and face-to-face where you will show customers how IIoTNext solutions solve their real-world challenges in digitalization, remote monitoring, and data-driven decision making. You will also support our digital marketing efforts to build the IIoTNext brand and reach customers in both local and overseas markets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and build a healthy sales pipeline for IIoTNext through proactive prospecting, cold calling, emails, and networking.Reach out to potential customers across local and overseas markets, identifying new opportunities in the IIoT and digitalization space.Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations virtual and face-to-face clearly showing how IIoTNext solutions meet each customers needs.Build strong and lasting relationships with key customers, including Partners, End Users and OEMs, and communicate effectively with key decision-makers.Support the digital marketing team with content, campaigns, and follow-ups to promote IIoTNext and attract new leads online.Assist in preparing and submitting proposals and quotations for each opportunity, showcasing the value of our IIoT solutions.Meet and exceed regular sales targets, continuously improving the sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and conversion efforts.Collaborate closely with the pre-sales and backend support teams to tailor the right IIoT solution to each customers unique requirements.Maintain precise and up-to-date sales data, updating all relevant information into our CRM/ERP system.Work in tandem with the sales lead to implement effective sales and marketing strategies for both local and overseas markets.Professional Qualifications and Personal Attributes
A bachelors degree in electrical, electronics, instrumentation, engineering is required.0 1 year of experience in IIoT / Digitalization / Industrial Automation solution sales. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in technology sales are welcome to apply.A strong desire to build a career in sales, with the confidence to make cold calls and meet new customers.Excellent presentation and communication skills to clearly explain our IIoT solutions and conduct product demos.Comfortable using digital tools, social media, and online platforms to support marketing and outreach.Proficiency in English, both oral and written, is necessary to articulate ideas clearly and professionally. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage for overseas sales.Willingness to engage with customers in both local and international markets.Location: Cochin (with a focus on both domestic and overseas sales)
