Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Solutioning Analyst to support presales and consulting engagements by designing business and technology solutions that address client requirements. The role involves working closely with Sales, Delivery, and Subject Matter Experts to develop solution proposals, estimate effort and pricing, and create compelling client presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements through discussions, workshops, and RFPs/RFIs.
Design end-to-end business and technology solutions aligned with client objectives.
Prepare solution proposals, presentations, Statements of Work (SOWs), and response documents.
Perform effort estimation, resource planning, and pricing support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and competitive solutions.
Create process flows, solution documentation, and implementation roadmaps.
Support client presentations, solution walkthroughs, and presales discussions.
Develop reusable solution assets and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Solutioning, Presales, Business Analysis, or Consulting.
Experience in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong presentation, documentation, and communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Vision.
Knowledge of digital transformation, managed services, and enterprise technology solutions.
Preferred Domain Experience:
Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Financial Crime & Compliance, or Digital Transformation.
Qualification
Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.MBA or relevant professional certifications are an added advantage. .
