As a Sourcing & Procurement - Artificial Intelligence - Senior Associate, you will focus on optimizing sourcing and procurement processes to drive cost savings, enhance supplier collaboration, and improve supply chain resilience. You will work closely with clients to analyze sourcing strategies, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and develop strategies to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness. Within our Operations practice, you will be part of a team that specializes in providing consulting services to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness, helping clients streamline processes and drive business performance. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams, developing deliverables within client service engagements. You will build meaningful client relationships and guide and mentor junior team members, navigating complexity and growing your personal brand. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will lead client engagements to enhance sourcing and supplier management while improving procurement efficiency through data-driven methodologies. You will also guide clients in adopting cutting-edge technologies, including AI, to unlock value and enable enterprise-wide transformation. Responsibilities Analyzing client needs to develop operational strategies that enhance sourcing and procurement processes Leading client engagements to optimize procurement strategies through data-driven methodologies Implementing strategic sourcing frameworks and supplier relationship management to drive cost savings and improve supply chain resilience Developing AI-enabled procurement strategies by assessing client readiness and identifying high-value use cases Designing procurement data governance frameworks to support reliable analytics and AI model performance Leading the development and deployment of machine learning models for sourcing and procurement using platforms like AWS and Databricks Conducting workshops and training sessions to transfer knowledge on new tools and technologies to clients and internal teams Validating that engagement follows quality standards, timelines, and cost parameters while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships Supporting team hiring, training, and development activities to build a capable workforce Collaborating with leadership to drive business development activities and capability building initiatives What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree At least 2 years of experience Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Excelling in complex procurement and contract negotiation Utilizing SAP Ariba and Coupa Software for procurement processes Demonstrating analytical thinking in spend analysis and supplier evaluation Embracing change and innovation in digital procurement solutions Leading workshops and training sessions for knowledge transfer Developing AI models for sourcing and procurement modernization Building meaningful client relationships through strategic sourcing initiatives .
