Sourcing Expert Non-IT Recruitment Location: Kudlu Gate, Bangalore Workplace Type: On-site Employment Type: Full-time Openings: 10 Positions Experience: Minimum 1 Year Salary: Up to 4 LPA Qualification: Bachelors Degree About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Expert Non-IT Recruitment to join our growing recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging qualified candidates across various Non-IT industries while building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to support business hiring needs. Key Responsibilities * Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, databases, and other sourcing channels. * Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates based on job specifications. * Conduct initial candidate screening to assess qualifications, experience, and role suitability. * Build, maintain, and regularly update candidate databases and talent pipelines. * Coordinate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring requirements. * Ensure timely submission of quality candidate profiles. * Track sourcing activities and maintain accurate recruitment records. * Build and maintain a strong network of candidates across various Non-IT industries. Requirements Education Bachelors Degree in any discipline. Experience * Minimum 1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment or candidate sourcing. * Experience sourcing candidates across one or more of the following functions is preferred: * Sales * Customer Service * Healthcare * Education * Retail * Operations * Manufacturing * BFSI * Other Non-IT functions Skills * Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices. * Hands-on experience using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing platforms. * Strong communication and candidate engagement skills. * Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work within deadlines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. * Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment databases is an advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sourcing. * Strong research and talent identification skills. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a recruitment team. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
