Sourcing Manager

Location: Wadala Experience Required: Minimum 3+ Years Education: Graduate (Mandatory) Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to drive lead generation and business development through channel partners, brokers, and direct sourcing activities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record in generating quality leads and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants. Generate qualified leads through various sourcing channels, including referrals, brokers, and corporate tie-ups. Build and nurture longterm relationships with channel partners to maximize business opportunities. Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and site visits with channel partners to promote projects. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely followup and conversion of sourced leads. Plan and execute sourcing activities, promotional campaigns, and broker engagement programs. Track lead generation, conversions, and channel partner performance through regular reporting. Identify new sourcing opportunities and expand the channel partner network. Ensure achievement of sourcing targets and contribute to overall sales objectives. Maintain accurate records of leads, channel partners, and business development activities. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches. Required Skills Strong knowledge of the real estate market and sourcing strategies. Excellent networking, relationship management, and negotiation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Targetdriven with the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and problemsolving abilities. Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory). Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing, Channel Sales, or Business Development. Industry: Real estate experience is mandatory. Preferred Candidate Profile Strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants. Proven ability to generate quality leads and achieve sourcing targets. Experience working with residential and/or commercial real estate developers. Selfmotivated, proactive, and customerfocused with excellent relationshipbuilding skills.
