Shift: US Shifts | 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Role Descriptions
Spanish Collector
Manage and follow up on overdue accounts with Spanish-speaking clients, maintain excellent customer service during collections, and resolve payment discrepancies efficiently.
Spanish QA
Monitor and evaluate calls/interactions, ensure process compliance and quality standards, provide feedback sessions, and help improve overall team performance.
Spanish Team Leader (TL)
Lead and manage a team of Spanish-speaking associates, drive team performance, handle client escalations, maintain KPIs, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
Qualifications
Proficiency in written & spoken Spanish and EnglishExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsMinimum 6 months of experience in US Spanish Voice Process / Collections / QA / Team Handling rolesStrong problem-solving skills & attention to detailAbility to work in an on-site, team-driven environmentKnowledge of collection laws & regulations is an added advantage
Language Requirement: Spanish (Mandatory)
