Job Description
Exposure to on-boarding and client lifecycle management in an Investment Banking with 5- 8 years of experience.
Proven experience with customer reference data, data modelling, data analysis, data migration and interface design.
Knowledge of agile Kanban and Scrum methodology with ability to thin slice stories to align with Sprint cycles.
Good understanding of the digital product development process, ranging from requirements and idea inception through to development and execution
Experience of working with digital requirements gathering and digital journey mapping. Able to articulate how these requirements are elaborated and validated
Able to demonstrate how customer centric thinking is expressed and reinforced through the digital product design processes
Strong understanding of digital UX and interaction design
Appreciation of API services and ability to interpret XML and JSON files. .
