01Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers to develop and enhance platform modules.
- Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Conduct and oversee code reviews, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues, ensuring error-free and scalable solutions.
- Optimize application performance and guide the team on scalability best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of features.
- Mentor team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
- Document code, technical specifications, and project requirements.
Qualification
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Graduate with 5+ years of relevant experience

Prior EdTech experience is required .
- Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in developing web applications using Django
and Flask.
- Strong experience with API development, RESTful APIs, and large-scale codebases.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like jQuery) and
databases (MySQL).
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Redis, and basics of Linux and Docker is
preferred.
- Proficiency in additional programming languages like Java or PHP is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, ensuring project timelines and quality.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong familiarity with Git for version control.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in dynamic
Environment .
