Your Role
The Person is responsible for managing the ongoing client engagements on a daily basis including operations and productivity improvement initiatives.Research and enrich existing product offeringsBuild & ensure all relevant data templates are available for spend analysisInteracting with client and Managing relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure on time and quality delivery of regular reports and dashboards & tracks delivery KPIs.Responsible for product/capability demo to internal & external stakeholders.Active participation in capability development initiatives leading to value added projects for clients.Measure, track and meet SLA metrics (schedule adherence, accuracy, timeliness etc.) / Performance & People ManagementThe candidate should be able to challenge conventional thought, offer unique perspectives and conceive innovative solutions for clients.Familiarity with procurement intelligence & its impact on procurement activity
Your Profile
Should have Spend/Procurement analytics related experience.Should have procurement related project delivery experience.Slice and dice data, present spend info in relevant desirable formats for easy inference and decision making for clients.Passionate to research new trends happening in P2P cycle and adopt it.Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain/Operations conceptsStrong analytical abilities, with attention to detailDemonstrated decision making and problem solving skillsComprehensive skills in query/reporting tools such as MS Access, SQL, MS Excel and PowerPoint, Tableau, PowerBI,VBA etc.,Experience retrieving/summarizing big transactional data sets and integrating those data with customer and merchandise data to develop new insights.
