Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sponsor Sales executive to identify, acquire, and manage sponsorship opportunities for corporate events, The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, client relationship management, and revenue generation with a proven track record of meeting sponsorship targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential sponsors across IT, BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Telecom, and other industries.Generate sponsorship revenue by selling event sponsorship packages.Develop and maintain relationships with CXOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, and decision-makers.Prepare sponsorship proposals, presentations, and customized packages.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close sponsorship deals.Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.Coordinate with marketing and event teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are executed successfully.Required SkillsStrong B2B Sales and Business Development experience.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Experience selling sponsorships, advertising, media, exhibitions, conferences, or corporate events.Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.Revenue-focused with strong closing skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.Preferred Qualifications
HSC, Bachelor's dExperience in sponsorship sales, event sales, media sales, or corporate partnerships.Compensation: 10,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month
