Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and passionate Spring Boot Developer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Spring Boot, RESTful Web Services, Microservices Architecture, and have proven experience in production issue debugging and troubleshooting. Knowledge of containerization using Docker, caching solutions like Redis, and database management using PostgreSQL is essential.

Production Support & Debugging Experience in monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting production issues Log analysis using tools such as ELK, Kibana, Splunk, or similar Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and performance tuning experience
Database Strong experience with PostgreSQL SQL query optimization and database performance tuning Knowledge of database design and indexing strategies
Caching & Messaging Experience with Redis Cache Understanding of distributed caching concepts
Containerization & DevOps Hands-on experience with Docker Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with Git, Maven, Jenkins, or equivalent tools
Additional Skills (Preferred) Exposure to Kubernetes/OpenShift Knowledge of API Gateway and Service Discovery Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3-4 years of relevant experience in Java/Spring Boot development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent debugging and troubleshooting capabilities. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot. Build and consume RESTful Web Services and APIs. Develop and maintain Microservices-based applications following industry best practices. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure system stability. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Implement caching strategies using Redis to improve application response times. Work with PostgreSQL for database design, query optimization, and performance tuning. Containerize applications using Docker and support deployment activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and Product Owners. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Create and maintain technical documentation.
Nice to Have Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ. Exposure to monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace. Knowledge of Distributed Systems and Design Patterns. Experience in Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services domain.
