01Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor database systems (SQL & MongoDB) to ensure uptime and performance.
- Perform routine database maintenance tasks such as backups, restores, and health checks.
- Assist in database installations, configurations, and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot basic database issues and escalate complex problems to L2/L3 teams.
- Execute SQL queries for data validation, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Monitor logs, alerts, and performance metrics.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security compliance.
- Maintain documentation for database configurations and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server).
- Familiarity with MongoDB concepts such as collections, documents, and indexing.
- Understanding of database backup and recovery processes.
- Basic knowledge of database performance tuning concepts.
- Ability to write and understand SQL queries (CRUD operations, joins, indexes).
- Understanding of Linux/Windows environments (basic commands).
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in SQL, MongoDB, or database administration (optional).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and scripting basics (Shell/Python) is an advantage.

Shift Requirements
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including weekends/on call if required).
Compensation: 16,986.33 - 25,314.44 per month
