SQL Developers

You will be a part of FBS - Farmer Business Services, which aims to build a global approach to identifying, recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent for Farmers operations. Your role will involve helping Farmers build a winning team that delivers consistent and sustainable results by ensuring the right people with the right skills are in place.

- Design and develop computer programs, overseeing the work of junior staff to ensure accuracy of program logic and efficient use of computer resources. - Conduct preliminary evaluation of packaged software and analyze existing manual and computerized systems/procedures to improve efficiency. - Develop techniques for automating processes, determine system security needs, backup/recovery, data conversion, etc. - Manage system development projects, support implementation activities and training, and code instructions for computer programs/objects/components. - Quality check program code, related objects, and documentation to ensure efficient use of computer and storage resources. - Analyze and document requirements and approaches to data conversion and data modeling. - Conduct system studies, analyze existing computerized and manual processes to enhance efficiency, and manage/control system development projects. - Support implementation/training activities with a focus on SQL development.
