Sr Accountant Ahmedabad

Job Description We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the financial health of the company. Key responsibilities will include: Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, including preparation of monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.Managing the budgeting process and providing financial analysis to support decision-making.Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.Managing relationships with external auditors and tax authorities. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a Master of Commerce degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and financial management. Additional qualifications include: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
