Appraise/Recommend/ Approve Credit Proposals as per the delegation of authority.Review delinquent cases and document learnings / portfolio reviews for Risk ManagementRecommend changes to Policy, Process based on local nuances / competitor feedbackImplement system integration plansMonitor NPA and keep a track of itCustomer visits for PDIdentification of process and policy gaps & potential risk arising out of it.Suggesting internal control measures and ensures implementation to address such gaps
