Lead and supervise the customer experience team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to team membersDevelop and implement customer experience strategies and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyaltyMonitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvementCollaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer issues and improve the overall customer journeyImplement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiencyTrack and report key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
5 years of proven experience in driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.Experience in customer experience management is preferred.Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
