Responsibilities
Interacts with customers prior to and after sale In French Language.Processes orders/Billing, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.Develops and maintains positive customer relations.Coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.Substantially impacts the relationship between Honeywell and the customer.Process Day to Day Order/Billings/PRClear Backlogs.O2C knowledgeRespond to Customer Queries and Claims (non-Disputes).Collaborate with different cross functions for Customer Resolutions and Process Improvement.Work with Dispute Team to manage the disputes
Qualifications
Skills Required:
Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience. French Language Proficient/ExpertHighly adaptable and able to learn new technologies quickly. Encourage & Follow Honeywell Behavior/policies.SAP- Order ManagementSalesforce | SAP | Excel | Case Management
