Sr Data Analyst - Manufacturing Manufacturing Sr Data Analyst drives the data excellence and analytics initiatives in the Manufacturing domain. Incumbent will be working on Manufacturing data integration, cleansing, validation, analysis, and visualization efforts. Also, she/he will monitor the performance of the defined KPIs and discuss with the entities / regions for improvement actions, if any. Working with regional / entity operations team and stakeholders in Group Digital, 3rd party tool providers etc. will be part of the role. Job responsibilities Work with the manufacturing location stakeholders in institutionalizing the manufacturing performance system (KPIs, measurement methodology, reporting mode & frequency) Publish monthly manufacturing KPIs Work with Data engineers in pulling the data automatically from various ERPs into Datawarehouse for periodic data refresh Provide feedback to existing data collection/database management procedures to improve data quality Perform data analysis on large datasets to provide insights and recommended actions to improve manufacturing performance Manage to drive and lead multiple data analytics and application development projects concurrently Own and manage reporting and analytics tools built on top of the Data Lake, including enhancement of new dashboards Partner with IT/Digital to define data requirements, mitigate any data issues and ensure timely deliveries Identify high ROI use cases for Data Analytics and Machine Learning through collaborating with Advanced Integrated Manufacturing, plant management and IT What you bring Bachelors / Masters Degree in Engineering 710 years of Operations / Manufacturing experience Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills 2-4 years of Data Analytics experience Good Understanding of Sourcing & Procurement Domain Knowledge of data visualization software like Power BI Experience in managing data any of the major ERPs like Oracle, Epicor, SAP etc. Worked in a multi-cultural / geographical team set up What we offer Competitive remuneration package Job security in a volatile market.
