Role & Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines using Snowflake as the core data warehouse and dbt for transformation logic.Implement data modeling best practices (star schema, Kimball, Data Vault) and ensure pipeline quality with unit/integration tests.Orchestrate workflows via Airflow or similar tools to automate ingestion, transformation, and validation processes.Collaborate with analytics engineers and data scientists to define business logic, metrics, and data contracts.Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and enforce data lineage and governance standards.Document data models, pipeline architecture, and deployment runbooks to ensure team scalability and knowledge sharing.
