About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Live Experiences team. This role will support the operational and commercial execution of Saregamas live entertainment properties, ensuring accurate reporting, seamless ticketing operations, efficient invoicing workflows, and effective coordination of day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with analytical capability and thrives in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Manage ticketing operations across events, including event setup, inventory management, pricing updates, offer implementation, and sales tracking
Support event-level revenue and cost reconciliations, preparing post-event reports and validating commercial data against approved reporting templates
Maintain spend trackers, commercial MIS, customer feedback and performance trackers, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for business reviews and decision-making
Coordinate vendor invoicing and payment workflows, including submission, tracking, approvals, and follow-ups with internal stakeholders and finance teams to support timely processing and settlements
Coordinate timely calendar bookings with and payments to venues, maintain event calendars, on-ground activations, licensing and approval requirements, to support operational readiness
Maintain organized documentation, contracts, trackers, reports, and shared drives to ensure operational continuity and effective knowledge management
Qualifications
3 - 4 years of experience in event or business operations, ticketing operations, commercial reporting and coordination with finance teams, ideally within live entertainment, media or consumer tech sectors
High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, process discipline, and data integrity
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheets, CMS, and e-commerce or inventory management systems
Good understanding of budgeting, invoice management, expense tracking, and commercial reporting
Strong passion for live entertainment, arts and culture, and innovation in storytelling .
