Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for retail pharmacy operations

• Bulk / blue-collar hiring (Pharmacists, Pharmacy Assistants, warehouse manpower)

• Walk-ins, field recruitment, and candidate mobilization

• Interview coordination, onboarding, and documentation

• Support New Store Opening (NSO) hiring

• Campus hiring and job fair participation

• Social media and job portal hiring

• Recruitment tracking and manpower closure

Eligibility

• 2-5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

• Experience in bulk or blue-collar hiring preferred

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Knowledge of sourcing, screening, onboarding, and joining formalities

• Familiarity with Naukri, social media hiring, MS Excel, and recruitment trackers

• MBA preferred; relevant graduates can also apply

• Willingness to travel locally and work from Nalgonda
