Sr Executive Talent Acquisition, Non-IT Recruitment

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented "Sr Executive Talent Acquisition / Non-IT Recruitment" to manage the end-to-end recruitment process from Project based Manufacturing industries only.
The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills with the ability to hire quality talent within defined timelines.

Qualification: Any Graduate or Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: min 4 to 8 years in nd-to-end recruitment process. Experience in manufacturing or industrial recruitment will be an added advantage.
Industry targeted: Industrial products/Engineering, Manufacturing, Fabrication projects, Machine / Equipment manufacturing, Automotive industries.
Location: Mira Road in Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle from sourcing to on-boarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Negotiate salary and manage offer roll-outs.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Assist in on-boarding and joining formalities of new employees.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
