01Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation to onboarding.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting) to attract top talent.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide strategic hiring solutions.
- Employer Branding: Support initiatives to strengthen the companys employer brand and enhance candidate engagement.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and market trends.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize recruitment processes and implement best practices.
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years of fullcycle recruitment experience in International Accounting, Audit, and Taxation for UK and US markets.
