01Overview
Modem Protocol Development Design and implement high-quality protocol functions for 4G/5G (3GPP), eCall, and GNSS.
2. Coding & Code Quality Adhere to Rolling Wireless coding standards and ensure high-quality software deliverables, design comprehensive unit and functional test cases for protocol-related features and ensure successful integration testing.
3. Code Review & Collaboration Participate in code reviews, providing valuable insights and feedback in areas of expertise.
4. Certification Support & Debugging & Troubleshooting - Assist with modem regulatory and MNO certification processes. Utilize GDB, KDB, QXDM, QPST, and other debugging tools to analyze and resolve protocol feature issues.
5. Customer Support Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues for customers
Required Education, Experience and Competencies
1. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (mandatory).
2. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in the wireless communication domain.
3. Programming Skills Strong proficiency in C programming.
4. Embedded Systems Knowledge Hands-on experience in embedded software development, debugging methods, and tools.
5. Wireless Protocol Expertise In-depth understanding of LTE, 5G, GNSS (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou).
6. Problem-Solving & Communication A proactive and quick learner with robust analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication in English.
