Profile : Senior Freight Forwarding Operations Executive or an End-to-End Logistics Coordinator
Location : Mahipalpur Delhi
Experience : Min 8-10 Years
Job Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end shipment coordination for Air Freight and Ocean Freight (Import & Export).
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status, documentation, and operational updates.
Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, transporters, customs brokers, and warehouses to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Provide proactive shipment tracking and timely updates to customers.
Resolve operational issues and customer queries promptly while maintaining high service standards.
Coordinate with internal Sales, Pricing, Operations, Finance, and Customs teams for seamless execution.
Ensure compliance with customer SOPs, shipping regulations, and company policies.
Monitor shipment milestones and escalate exceptions or delays where required.
Maintain accurate shipment records and update ERP/TMS/CRM systems.
Follow up with customers for pending documents, approvals, and shipment-related requirements.
Support customer onboarding by understanding customer SOPs and operational requirements.
Assist in customer review meetings by providing operational data and shipment reports.
Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.
