As a Senior Functional Consultant specializing in Demand Planning at o9 Solutions, you will play a crucial role in leveraging your extensive knowledge to drive business value and ensure operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:- Demonstrating a deep understanding of industry best practices, o9's solutions, and technical architecture, with a specific focus on Demand Planning.- Ensuring the usability and uptime of solutions by promptly resolving customer issues, maintaining data accuracy, and validating end-to-end workflows for demand forecasting.- Collaborating with other consultants to identify design issues and address business problems related to demand planning.- Serving as the primary point of contact for platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements specific to demand planning modules.- Configuring the o9 platform to address post-go-live change requests and enhancements, with a focus on demand forecasting and supply chain optimization.- Developing and executing workflow and data analytics test cases for demand planning, as well as managing bug tracking and resolution processes.- Leading training sessions for Super Users and End Users on global demand planning operations.- Actively contributing to process improvement and feature development based on customer feedback by working closely with development and operations teams.To excel in this role, you should possess:- 5-10 years of experience in implementing supply chain planning applications, with a strong emphasis on Demand Planning.- Proven expertise in leading full lifecycle implementations across various planning platforms, particularly on complex projects and strategic initiatives.- A deep understanding of advanced supply chain planning concepts such as Demand Management, Supply Planning, Demand Forecasting, S&OP, and Inventory Optimization.- Proficiency in configuring and optimizing supply chain solutions to enhance operational efficiency.- Advanced technical skills in SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar database and query languages, as well as statistical, optimization, and simulation tools like R, SAS, and CPLEX.- Familiarity with leading ERP and SCM applications, demonstrating the ability to manipulate complex data models.- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to mentor junior consultants, lead project teams, and effectively communicate solutions to stakeholders at all levels.Join us at o9 Solutions and make a significant impact on demand planning processes and operational excellence., .
