Strategic Leadership & Team Management:
Define DevOps vision, roadmap, and capability strategy aligned with business goals.Build and manage high-performing global teams (DevOps engineers, SREs).Mentor and develop talent; foster a culture of automation and continuous improvement.CI/CD Governance & Automation:
Establish enterprise-wide CI/CD standards and best practices.Oversee implementation of automated build, test, and deployment pipelines.Ensure integration of quality gates and artifact management.Infrastructure as Code & Cloud Strategy:
Drive adoption of IaC tools (Terraform) for consistent provisioning.Align cloud infrastructure strategy with scalability and cost optimization goals.Ensure compliance through policy-as-code and governance frameworks.Observability & Reliability Engineering:
Define SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for platform reliability.Monitor incident trends and drive MTTR improvements.Ensure proactive alerting and predictive analytics for system health.Security & ComplianceFinancial & Operational GovernanceStakeholder Engagement & ReportingQualifications10+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering in GCP/AWS environments.String Technical Expertise in -
