Senior Finance Manager - Accounting & Compliance We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and compliance, with expertise in GST, TDS filing, transfer pricing, and statutory audit. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial reporting, month-end closure, and balance sheet reconciliation. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Zoho is a must. Location Hyderabad Responsibilities Manage accounting and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to GAAP and regulatory requirements.Oversee GST and TDS filing, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies to optimize tax efficiency.Lead statutory audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.Ensure month-end closure, including reconciliation of accounts and preparation of financial statements.Implement and maintain financial systems, including QuickBooks and Zoho.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance. Requirements Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.Minimum 10-15 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in an IT company.Strong expertise in accounting compliance, GST, TDS filing, transfer pricing, and statutory audit.Proficiency in QuickBooks and Zoho.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
