Job Description
Overall responsible for entire gamut of Industrial Relations and Administration.To formulate and implement HR & Admin policies in line with company standards.To play pro-active role in ensuring harmonious industrial relations.To handle Social & Buyers ComplianceIncumbent will be responsible for the Industrial relation, statutory compliance, Grievance handling, Managing trade unions, support and guidance to station managers.To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time
