Qualifications:
- 15+ years of Technology experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or solution design role.
- Experience in transitioning technology work into a global setting.
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in large organizations.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
