Role Overview We are looking for a QA Lead to own and drive quality across our mobile (Android & iOS) and web applications. The role involves leading QA strategy, mentoring the team, and ensuring high-quality releases through a mix of manual and automation testing in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities QA strategy, test planning, and release quality for all products. Lead and mentor QA engineers; review test cases and automation scripts. Design, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress). Oversee functional, regression, integration, and API testing. Track and manage defects using JIRA and ensure timely closure. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams in Agile ceremonies. Act as the final quality checkpoint before production releases. Requirements years of QA experience with 2+ years in a Lead/Senior role. Strong hands-on experience in manual and automation testing. Expertise in Selenium/Appium/Cypress and API testing (Postman/Rest Assured). Solid understanding of Agile, SDLC, and STLC. Experience testing B2C products and working in fast-paced environments.
