Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
Conduct site surveys and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility assessments.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost-benefit analyses for customers.
Present the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy systems.
Negotiate pricing and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with engineering, installation, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
Compensation: 30,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
