01Overview
The Senior Sourcer is responsible for driving reputed company aspects of the candidate sourcing and reputed company process for exempt and non-exempt candidates for reputed company clients. This involves creating and implementing reputed company sourcing strategies, utilizing multiple reputed company and tools for reputed company reputed company of positions. The Senior Sourcer will support between 2-3 recruiters in specific functional areas and may have interaction with reputed company clients. This starts out as a 6-month W2 contract, virtual role. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting multiple recruiters, sourcing for a reputed company of corporate roles in the manufacturing industry and have the ability to reputed company to their strategic sourcing strategies.
1. Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources

Create, file and maintain filing reputed company for resumes, applications and miscellaneous paperwork
Resume conversion and application maintenance.

Broad knowledge and demonstrated reputed company utilizing Internet and reputed company Media strategies for identifying passive and reputed company candidate pools, to include contact lists, reputed company databases, meet reputed company/blogs, cold calling, and research.
Ability to create competitive and demographic analysis for use in reputed company functions
Experience overseeing and executing multiple reputed company at one time
Understanding and experience using and implementing reputed company reputed company technologies
Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, reputed company and Visio
