Financial Operations & Accounting Management
Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the hotel including accounts payable,
accounts receivable, income audit, payroll coordination, bank reconciliation, petty cash management, and general ledger maintenance.
Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and processed in accordance with accounting standards and organizational procedures.
Supervise daily revenue reconciliation processes for rooms, restaurants, banquets, events,
spa, and other operational departments.
Monitor cash handling procedures, billing accuracy, credit control, and payment processing systems.
Ensure proper accounting documentation, invoice processing, and financial record management.
Audit, Compliance & Financial Governance
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, taxation regulations, labour laws, hospitality regulations, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate internal audits, external audits, tax filings, and financial inspections.
Maintain proper financial documentation, audit trails, contracts, licenses, statutory records,
and compliance reports.
Ensure adherence to company financial policies, approval hierarchies, and operational SOPs.
Support implementation of financial controls and risk management procedures across departments.
Compensation: 15,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month
