Job Description
insightsoftware is looking for an experienced Sr. Analyst, Legal Systems to serve as the primary systems administrator and technical support specialist for software tools used by the Legal team. This key position will ensure optimal performance, configuration, and user adoption of our accounting technology stack at this quick-growing financial technology company based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
What will you do
- Administer and maintain legal software systems including DocuSign, Salesforce, SSO, LinkSquares, GEMS, Streamline, and SimpleLegal, with responsibility for user access management, system configurations, and security protocols
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for legal team software tools, resolving issues and escalating complex problems when necessary
- Monitor system performance, implement updates, and ensure data integrity across assigned legal technology platforms
- Design and maintain user documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures for legal software tools
- Collaborate with IT and vendor support teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts
- Train legal team members on software functionality, best practices, and process improvements
