Follow up on outstanding insurance claims. Handle denials and rejections. Work on ageing reports and reduce AR backlog. Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with NextGen application. Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) calling in the US Healthcare. Strong understanding of insurance follow-ups and claim denials. Good communication skills.
