Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in home loans, financial services, or sales channel management.
Experience with DST or distribution channels is required.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of home loan products, processes, and the regulatory workplace.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with channel partners and customers.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and provide solutions to improve sales performance.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage and lead a team or partner network. .
