Conducting thorough analysis of business requirements, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Utilizing your expertise in AMC and Alladin systems to design and implement effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.
Leading workshops and meetings to facilitate discussions, gather feedback, and drive consensus on business strategies.
Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends to support decision-making processes.
Preparing and presenting reports and dashboards that clearly communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.
What Were Looking For:
A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
5-8 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in the AMC sector.
Proficiency in using Alladin and other relevant tools to analyze and manage business processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
