Sr. Cyber Security Engineer

Design, implement, and maintain security measures to protect computer systems, networks, and dataConduct regular security assessments and penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities and assess the effectiveness of existing security measuresDevelop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practicesMonitor security logs and alerts to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely mannerInvestigate security breaches and incidents, and develop mitigation strategies to prevent recurrence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into the development lifecycle of applications and infrastructureStay up-to-date with the latest security threats, technologies, and industry trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvementProvide guidance and support to junior members of the security teamParticipate in security audits and compliance assessments, and assist in remediation efforts as neededServe as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity matters, providing advice and recommendations to senior management Mandatory

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field4+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with a focus on security engineering and operationsStrong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practicesHands-on experience with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, antivirus, and endpoint security solutionsExperience with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques, and penetration testing methodologiesFamiliarity with regulatory requirements and frameworks, such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27001, etc Preferred
