01Overview
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee civil construction projects within the Power/Energy industry from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and contractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Develop project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Adani's safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
- Prepare regular project progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Project Management Skilled (PMP) certification is preferred. .
