Roles Responsibilities
Review historical land use data, including aerial photographs, fire insurance maps, city directories, and regulatory databases.
Research and analyse environmental records and regulatory agency files to assess potential contamination risks.
Prepare supporting documentation such as site maps, figures, appendices, and photographic logs based on field team input.
Communicate with project managers, technical reviewers, and field staff to ensure accuracy and consistency of reported findings.
Coordinate with clients and team members to clarify project details and reporting needs.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and documentation to support timely and efficient report completion.
Maintain working knowledge of current environmental regulations, industry trends, and Phase I ESA best practices.
Draft clear, concise, and technically sound Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) reports.
Participate in ongoing training, peer reviews, and mentorship opportunities to enhance technical writing skills.
Online research, including FOIA agencies to submit requests for records.
What We Are Looking For
Requirements Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Bachelors or masters degree in: Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineerin g (with specialization in environmental aspects).
5-10 years writing Phase, environmental site assessments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
