*Job Summary*
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage GHI, GPA, and GTLI claims, along with employee additions and deletions (endorsements) for corporate clients.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. Handle and coordinate GHI, GPA, and GTLI claims from intimation to settlement.
2. Coordinate with clients, insurance companies, and TPAs for timely claim processing.
3. Manage additions and deletions (endorsements) of new joiners and exited employees.
4. Ensure employee data and policy records are updated accurately and on time.
5. Follow up on pending claims and endorsements and maintain proper records.
6. Resolve client queries related to claims, endorsements, and policy servicing.
7. Conduct and coordinate monthly meetings with clients to review claims, pending cases, and service-related issues.
8. Prepare monthly MIS and reports related to claims and endorsements.
9. Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team/manager for timely resolution.
10. Maintain strong and professional relationships with corporate clients.
*Required Skills*
1. Good knowledge of Group Health Insurance (GHI), GPA, and GTLI.
2. Good communication and client-handling skills.
3. Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
4. Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
5. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
6. Prior experience in health insurance claims/servicing or employee benefits will be preferred.
Compensation: Up to 25,000.00 per month
