Position Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Help Desk Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide remote end-user support for Bridgenext clients in Microsoft environments.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Assisting end-users with drive mapping, logins, application accessApplications support (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive)General troubleshooting in corporate enterprise environmentsResolving users issues in an efficient and professional manner
Workplace: Providing support between the hours of 3AM ET until 12PM ET, adjusted during Daily Savings Time period
Must Have Skills
Proficient in using ITSM sytems such as: ConnectWise, ServiceNow, Jira and othersSkilled in the use of RMM (Remote Monitoring Management) toolsWorking experience with Microsoft IntuneAt least 2 years support experience working with Microsoft M365Minumum of 2 year Associates Degree in IT/MIS or simular disicpline or equivalent working experience of at least 5 years
