01Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingManage employee lifecycle activities: joining, confirmation, appraisal, and exit formalitiesMaintain and update employee records, HR MIS, and documentationImplement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and complianceHandle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and statutory complianceSupport performance management and appraisal processesAddress employee grievances and ensure timely resolutionDrive employee engagement activities and company initiativesAssist in training & development programsCoordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR supportEnsure adherence to labor laws and company policiesRequired Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HR operations and HR best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information professionallyGood organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR softwareProblem-solving and decision-making abilities.Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3+ years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar rolePay: 25,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
