Job Accountabilities
Prepare and maintain proper records related to compliance with OMR, OISD Standards, PNGRB Regulations, ASME B31.8, ASME B31.8Q, and ASME B31S.Plan and manage spares and inventory control.Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Plan and ensure execution of pigging, ILI, and hot tapping activities.Plan and ensure execution of pipeline surveys.Interact and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a self-motivated approach, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.Ensure safe and reliable operations in line with OMS requirements.Ensure emergency preparedness and the ability to effectively handle emergency situations.Identify training needs for self and subordinates and recommend appropriate training programs.Ensure effective compliance management.Ensure efficient manpower and resource management.Monitor and maintain the Cathodic Protection (CP) system.
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge and experience in Asset Integrity Management.Strong knowledge of applicable operational codes, standards, and regulations.Knowledge of Emergency Response Plans and procedures.Knowledge of pre-commissioning and commissioning of assets.Good communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
Education Required
BE/B.Tech in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university.
Experience Required
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas Operations.
