1. Financial Reporting
1.Candidates must have good experience in overall review of books of accounts, MIS, Financial Statements, Balance sheets, Income & Cash flow statements, implement internal controls & SOPs,compliance with Indian Accounting Standards, Insights into cost control, Revenue enhancement & profit optimization filling of tax returns - GST/TDS, Liaising with auditor
2. Business Development
Candidates must have good experience due diligence for domestic transactions Also,maintain relationships with clients, industry contacts, and potential business partners.
Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance thefirm's visibility and identify potential clients.
Candidates must have team leadership & development skills, must prepare reports and recommendations & must have thought leadership and continuous improvement skills.
Required Skills :
Candidates must have good experience in Good interpersonal communication skills, Time Management, Problem-solving, Analysis, presentation skills.Candidate must be able to comfortable in travelling to different city for work purpose in case required. Also have seasoned professional with hands on experience of handling domestic clients.
