Hiring a dynamic Mid-Level Corporate HR resource for a fast-paced, rapidly growing NBFC based in Gurgaon. This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals with experience in HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition, Leadership Hiring for Corporate Office functions. The role will be responsible for managing HRBP and leadership and critical hiring requirements for the Corporate Office to drive strategic HR initiatives and people practices.
The incumbent will lead end-to-end hr business partnering, talent acquisition, leadership hiring, build robust talent pipelines, manage relationships with search partners, and work closely with senior stakeholders to meet talent objectives. In addition, the role will serve as an HR Business Partner for Corporate Office teams, supporting performance management, talent development, HR processes, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and other key HR initiatives.
Work Schedule: Alternate Saturdays Working
Experience Required: 8-15 years
