01Responsibilities
Define and execute the digital product roadmap for Business loansOwn the full product lifecycle from discovery and ideation to delivery, launch, and iterationCollaborate with engineering, sales, credit, risk, collections, customer service and compliance teams to deliver seamless digital lending experiencesLeverage data and customer/user feedback to improve loan origination, approval, and servicing workflowsPrioritize product backlogs and manage trade-offs between scope, time, and costDefine and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and product success metrics
Desired candidate profile:
3+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech / lendingMBA or Bachelor's degree in Computer ScienceExperience managing digital lending products preferred (e.g., loan origination systems, underwriting platforms, or self-service portals) is preferredExperience with agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma) is preferredExcellent communication and stakeholder management .
