Sr. Manager- Mortgage Transformation Bangalore/HyderabadKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end mortgage process transformation initiatives across origination, underwriting, closing, and servicing.Identify gaps in current-state processes and design target operating models leveraging automation, digitization, and best practices.Partner with technology, operations, and compliance teams to implement digital solutions (RPA, AI/ML, workflow automation, e-mortgage tools).Ensure regulatory adherence with CFPB, RESPA, TILA, and other U.S. mortgage compliance frameworks.Define KPIs and metrics to measure transformation impact (cost per loan, cycle time, customer NPS, delinquency management).Drive Lean Six Sigma / process re-engineering initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.Required Skills & Experience12 years of progressive experience in business transformation, process re-engineering for mortgage.Deep knowledge of U.S. mortgage lifecycle origination, underwriting, closing, servicing, and compliance.Strong expertise in Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile delivery, and change management frameworks.Hands-on exposure to digital transformation enablers: RPA, OCR, AI/ML, data analytics, LOS (Loan Origination Systems), and workflow platforms.If you wish to apply for the above role please share your resume on [HIDDEN TEXT] Show more Show less .
